Dr. Fette & Partner Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB is an interdisciplinary professional partnership that arose from the law firms of Dr. Fette in Krefeld and Bernhard Ernst in Duisburg, both with a tradition extending back more than thirty years. We advise our clients in legal, tax and economic matters with a strong team of qualified employees and professionals who work as lawyers, tax advisors and auditors in Duisburg and Krefeld.

Our firm started out with Dr. Hans-Peter Fette as client liaison — with his clear focus on profitability and exacting standards — and Bernhard Ernst, a certified tax advisor and tax planning expert. The following individuals are now leading the firm into the future:
- Thomas Bittdorf with his eye for detail; precision analyses; process, digital transformation and corporate expertise; healthcare expertise; banking background; and trained public auditor;
- Maria Wangerin with her holistic tax expertise ranging from partnerships and corporations to group structures;
- Thomas Pickert, a consultant with his own corporate experience, business background and understanding of precision processes.
They are assisted by Gerrit Held, and the entire team of tax technicians and Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK-examined accountants).
